Homemade Baked Bagel Chips

Thick, seasoned, fresh out of the oven, bagel chips, perfect for scooping into your favorite dip on game day, for serving at a BBQ, or the perfect homemade snack that you can season with just about anything you like!




These are so easy to make and come out so much better than the store bought variety. All you do is cut up some bagels into wedges. 


Put them on a baking sheet and brush both sides with oil and seasonings. Be sure to use a generous amount of olive oil to coat the bagel pieces to make sure they bake up nice and crispy, with that perfect flavor. 




Bake them up, flipping half way through until they are perfectly browned and crispy. Then serve and snack away! Told you it was easy! 


Fresh, crunchy and perfect for holding up to anything from classic cream cheese, to thick dips, to saucy spreads. 



Homemade Baked Bagel Chips

Ingredients
  • 4 whole plain bagels
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon garlic powder or seasoning of choice, to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons flaky sea salt or kosher salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste


Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ยบ F. Cut each bagel into quarter-inch slices. Place them in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Generously brush olive oil, garlic powder, pepper and salt on to both sides of your bagel slices. Bake for about 10-15 minutes, until crisp, flipping halfway through. Let cool slightly to crisp up. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or enjoy immediately with your favorite cream cheese or dip.
