{VIDEO} Chili Filled Cornbread Muffins

A fun twist and everything you love about a big bowl of chili with a side of cornbread, in a fun little personal portion serving.


These single-serving portioned chili stuffed cornbread muffins make the perfect Super Bowl game day snack or party food!


 Finish them off with all of your favorite toppings, or serve them hollowed out with a topping bar, for guests to create their own!


 The chili and muffins can also be made in advance and frozen in separate containers, that way you can just re-heat, put it all together and serve, for a fun and easy last minute snack!

Directions
Scoop out the center of each muffin with a spoon. Fill with chili. Add desired toppings. Serve immediately.
