These are so easy to make and come out so much better than the store bought variety. All you do is cut up some pita bread into wedges.

Put them on a baking sheet and drizzle with oil and seasonings.

Then brush the oil on to both sides. Be sure to use a generous amount of olive oil to coat the pita to make sure they bake up nice and crispy, with that perfect flavor.

Bake them up, flipping half way through until they are perfectly browned and crispy.

Then serve and snack away! Told you it was easy!

Fresh, crunchy, thick pita, perfect for holding up to anything from classic hummus, to thick dips, to saucy spreads.

Homemade Baked Pita Chips

  • 4 pieces of pita bread
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon garlic powder or seasoning of choice, to taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons flaky sea salt or kosher salt, or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

Directions

Drizzle on olive oil, and sprinkle garlic powder, pepper and salt on top. Generously brush on to both sides of pita triangles. Bake for about 10 minutes, until crisp, flipping halfway through.
