Mini chocolate donut spiders, covered in chocolate sprinkles for a hairy effect. Some M&M eyes and chocolate twizzler legs, and you have got some adorably spooky little edible spiders! They also go great served with my Spider Bite Donut Holes!

Spider Doughnuts

You Will Need
  • mini chocolate covered donuts
  • seedless raspberry jam
  • chocolate sprinkles
  • chocolate twizzlers (OR black licorice rope)
  • M&Ms
  • black decorating gel
  • toothpick
  • white jimmie sprinkles

Directions

Cover the top of a mini chocolate covered donut with some raspberry jam and roll it in chocolate sprinkles.

For the legs, cut a chocolate twizzlers in half. Then cut each half into 4 strips to create 8 legs. Use your finger to make sure there is room for all the legs to fit in the middle.

Fold each leg in half by just pinching the sides together and stick them right into the donut hole. Arranging 4 on each side.

Last draw a little pupil onto some M&Ms with black decorating gel and drag it out into an almond shape with a toothpick, and stick them right on top.

Add some fangs with some white sprinkles, by just pushing them right into the donut, adding a little jam on top.

Enjoy!
